Enshrouded Survivor Skill Tree

In Enshrouded 1.0 this is the Core area of the skill tree: the 19 skills at its centre that every build can reach. “Survivor” is this site’s older name for it.

Crafter / explorer archetype. Lumberjack + Mason hit trees and stone harder, Miner can add an extra resource; Quality Gear and Fisherman's Resolve round out the base-builder loop.

About the Survivor archetype

Survivor is this site's name for the Core of Enshrouded's skill tree, not a fourth class. In 1.0 the skills hang off three class areas, Warrior, Ranger and Mage, around a Core that every build can reach. The Core holds 19 skills and no attribute pips.

The weapon specialization nodes here are Pickaxe Specialization and Felling Axe Specialization. Its nodes include Merciless Attack, Double Jump, grappling hooks, tools and gathering.

The skill list further down is the Core's 1.0 nodes; the planner shows where they sit.

  • Merciless Attack — Active skill, 2 points. Value in the 1.0 files: 500%. In our One-Handed Warrior build.

Our builds that spend every point in the Core: Crafter Survivor (13). Builds that mix the Core with another area: One-Handed Warrior (40 Warrior, 8 Core), Endgame Meta (118 Warrior, 88 Mage, 6 Core), Solo Adventurer Hybrid (13 Ranger, 13 Mage, 11 Warrior, 2 Core), Healer Support (33 Mage, 1 Core) and Starter — First 10 Levels (8 Mage, 7 Warrior, 2 Ranger, 1 Core).

The numbers are skill points, read from each build's tree.

Nothing locks you into Survivor: you can respec. Keen Games, Souls of the Frozen Frontier notes (2024-11-05): “Each spent skill point costs 1 rune.”

Survivor starter builds by level

The order our Crafter Survivor build buys its nodes in, cut every 5 levels. Levels count level-ups alone, 2 points each; Shroud Roots and Elixir Wells get you there sooner.

Each step opens in the planner with everything bought so far.

  • Well Rested, Lumberjack ×3, Mason ×3, Quality Gear. 8 of the build's 13 points.

  • Miner, Fisherman’s Resolve, Prospector, Inner Fires. That is the whole Crafter Survivor build: 13 points.
