Mission

PinDrop exists because the web is full of slow, ad-stuffed game wikis that bury answers under affiliate links and tracker scripts. The bar should be higher: pages that load instantly, data that's verifiably correct, and tools that work without an account.

Today the site covers Palworld — the full Paldeck, an 8,400+ marker interactive map, a breeding calculator, type chart, tier lists, and per-region guides. Every page is server-rendered, has a stable canonical URL, and ships structured data so search engines and AI assistants can cite it directly.

Who's behind it

Solo project by Yurii Luzhko— web developer with a focus on SEO, technical performance, and content quality. PinDrop is built and maintained by one person; that's also why the scope is intentionally narrow (one game done well before adding the next).

Data sources & corrections

Game stats, breeding combos, and skill data come from Palworld's game files via the open-source blaynem/paldex project. Marker positions are extracted from paldb.cc. Pal portraits are from palworld.wiki.gg under CC BY-SA 4.0. Map tiles are released by ARXII-13 under Apache 2.0. Every page has a “Last updated” timestamp tied to the source data file's modified date — so the freshness signal is real, not manually edited.

Found something wrong? Please open an issue at github.com/yluzhko/pindrop/issues with the URL and what you expected. Corrections usually ship within a day.

Editorial standards

  • No affiliate links. Pindrop never recommends a product because it pays.
  • No AI-generated filler. Long-tail pages render data straight from game files via templates — never from generated prose. Hand-curated editorial intros are clearly authored.
  • Cite or skip. Every numerical claim on the site is traceable to game data. If a stat can't be verified, the page either omits it or says “not available yet” instead of guessing.
  • No dark patterns. No pop-ups, no email-wall, no “sign up to see the full list,” no fake notifications, no anti-adblock.
