Enshrouded Warrior Skill Tree

Melee frontline. STR + CON foundation, Heavy/Shiny Plates for mitigation, Brute + Slasher for damage, Battle Heal + Absorb for sustain.

About the Warrior archetype

Warrior is one of the three class areas of Enshrouded's 1.0 skill tree, Warrior, Ranger and Mage, which hang off a Core that every build can reach. There is no class to pick: a Warrior is a character that spends its points here. The area holds 40 skills and 22 attribute pips, and the pips raise Constitution and Strength.

The weapon specialization nodes here are Two-Handed Specialization and One-Handed Specialization.

Its nodes cover melee: one- and two-handed weapons, armor and parries.

Our builds that spend every point in the Warrior: Berserker Barbarian (58) and Sword & Board Tank (50). The numbers are skill points, read from each build's tree.

Nothing locks you into Warrior: you can respec. Keen Games, Souls of the Frozen Frontier notes (2024-11-05): “Each spent skill point costs 1 rune.”

Warrior starter builds by level

The order our Sword & Board Tank build buys its nodes in, cut every 5 levels. Levels count level-ups alone, 2 points each; Shroud Roots and Elixir Wells get you there sooner.

Each step opens in the planner with everything bought so far.

  • Barbarian's Path, Heavy Plates ×3, 3 Constitution pips, 1 Strength pip. 8 of the build's 50 points.

  • Shiny Plates ×3, Warrior's Path ×3, Steadfast, 1 Strength pip. 17 of the build's 50 points.

  • Vigorous Deflection ×3, Absorb ×2, 3 Constitution pips, 2 Strength pips. 27 of the build's 50 points.

  • Battle Heal ×2, Warden, Tower, 1 Strength pip. 38 of the build's 50 points.

  • Brute, Nemesis, Earth Aura, 3 Strength pips, 3 Constitution pips. That is the whole Sword & Board Tank build: 50 points.

Warrior sub-trees (4)

The pre-1.0 wiki split Warrior into 4 sub-trees; 1.0 has none. Each page shows where that group’s skills sit on the 1.0 tree and which of our builds play the role.
