Damage adds 10% per damage perk; bows and staves have Power instead, which ignores perks — a different number, so it gets its own bar, column and sort and is never ranked against Damage. The wiki notes these figures are not updated post Wake of Water, so treat them as estimates. Legendary = the weapon carries named perks.
Why pick two-handed greatswords in Enshrouded?
Two-handed greatswords are the highest single-target melee DPS in Enshrouded — slow attack speed, heavy stamina cost, but the biggest damage rolls in slot. They scale with STR (Strength), live in the Warrior + Barbarian sub-archetypes, and define the Berserker Barbarian preset. The greatsword's wedge is Whirlwind Crescendo + jump attacks — sustained-DPS rotations against single targets, AOE clear against add waves. Stamina-heavy by design, so the Survivor branch's Endurance line is mandatory; without it you'll run out of swings mid-fight. As a slot priority 2H greatswords are A-tier — top damage when paired with Tank cross-tree mitigation for solo viability, top-class cleanup in co-op when your tank holds aggro. Legendary 2H greatswords carry perks like "Brutal", "Precise" and "Cutting Damage" that compound the base damage advantage, and several roll "Health Leech" for the sustain the slot otherwise lacks.
