Pal eggs are world-spawn collectibles that hatch into specific Pals after incubation. Egg types match biomes — Frozen eggs in Astral Mountains, Scorching eggs near Mt. Obsidian, Damp eggs along the coasts. The map below pins every confirmed egg spawn so you can route a hatch farm without scouting blind.
Each egg occupies a fixed world-spawn slot that respawns on a real-time timer. Pair the map with our breeding calculator if you're targeting a specific child Pal — you'll often find it's faster to incubate a wild Huge Damp Egg for Jormuntide than to grind the breeding-farm pipeline. What Pal hatches from each egg type?
Each egg's outcome depends on its size (Common, Large, Huge) and element (Damp, Frozen, Scorching, Verdant, Dark, Electric). Huge eggs always hatch a 4-star Pal; size and element together narrow the candidate list — see Pindrop's egg-table for every combo.
Do egg spawns respawn?
Yes — egg spawn slots refill on a per-server timer (typically 1 hour real-time in single-player). The map's marker positions are the spawn slots themselves, not single instances; if a slot looks empty in-game, it will return.
How do I incubate a Pal egg in Palworld?
Place the egg in an Egg Incubator (unlocked at Tech Level 7) and set the room temperature to match the egg type — Heaters for Frozen eggs, Coolers for Scorching, etc. Cake speeds incubation when used as a side resource at advanced incubators.
