Strategy tips

• Chromite is a Feybreak material — every one of the 257 mapped nodes is on that island, with none anywhere else.
• Bring a Smokie before you bring a pickaxe. Activating its partner skill points you at nearby Chromite, and keeping it in the party raises what you gain by 100-200%.
• Mining is not the fastest source. A Feybreak expedition returns 30-50 Chromite at a 100% rate, and the Feybreak supply drops 30-40 — more than a full circuit of the densest cluster on the map.
• Build a base near the central Feybreak cluster if you want a standing supply; broken nodes come back about 30 minutes of real time later, the same figure the marker text on the map gives.
