Palworld Regions

Sun-drenched starter archipelago southwest of the mainland — the islands around the Sea Breeze statue and its church ruins. Heavy water traversal. The named isles nearby (Sunlit, Glacial Core) are their own areas; see Outlying Isles.

Small swampy island east of the mainland, reachable by glider from neighbouring shores.

Eastern grassland-and-cliff island, a Lv 1-10 starter zone reachable by glider from the Verdant Brook shore. The Isle of Decayed Treasures sits offshore and is filed under Outlying Isles.

Mist-shrouded western island — the Isle of Silence and its church ruins — with several sealed-realm entrances. Renamed from Forgotten Island in Palworld 1.0; the URL keeps the old slug.

The starter region of Palpagos. Includes the Rayne Syndicate Tower (Zoe and Grizzbolt) and several Syndicate outposts.

Desert region around Duneshelter. The PIDF Tower (Marcus and Faleris) sits in the neighbouring Desiccated Dunes. High-temperature zone.

Bamboo hillsides — the Lv 10-20 leveling band — with several sealed-realm entrances and a temperate biome between Windswept Hills and Mount Obsidian.

Forested middle region. Mossanda Forest fast-travel statue and a mix of mid-level wildlife sanctuaries.

Active volcanic biome — Mount Obsidian, the Ruined Fortress City, Fisherman's Point and the Dry Sandy Beach — holding four times the sulfur of anywhere else and the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre Tower (Axel and Orserk). High-temperature zone.

Frozen northern peaks — the Astral Mountains proper, their southern foot, the Abandoned Ruins and the Isle of Murmurs. Holds the largest Pure Quartz deposit in the game (402 nodes) and the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower (Victor and Shadowbeak). Cold-temperature zone.

Sakurajima Island, added in a free update — cherry-blossom shores, the Mushroom Wetlands and Southern Sandbar, and the Moonflower Tower (Saya and Selyne).

Feybreak Island, added in a free update — Loess Plains, Stone Pillar Cave, the Oculus Gate, and the Feybreak Tower (Bjorn and Bastigor).

20 areas that belong to no mainland biome: the small isles (Sunlit, Oasis, Phantom, Frostbitten, Eternal Summer, Decayed Treasures, Glacial Core), 4 of the islets 1.0 added (Bicornis, Glacial Memento and Sandstone Gate are filed under Feybreak), the offshore Rayne Syndicate oil rig, the seven Sunreach sky islands and the Foot of the World Tree. Level ranges run from 1 to 60 — check the individual area before you sail.
