The best place to farm Pure Quartz
Sakurajima (DLC) is the densest source — 102 of the game's 158 quartz nodes (65%) sit there.
No DLC? Most of that supply is on the Sakurajima island. On the original Palpagos map, head to Verdant Brook (17 nodes) — the strongest base-game biome for quartz. Twilight Dunes (7), Sea Breeze Archipelago (6), Astral Mountains (3) fill in the rest.
Place a base inside a node cluster, assign 2-3 mining Pals (see below), and the quartz piles up passively. Nodes respawn on a ~1 in-game day cycle.
