Twilight Dunes — the desert region in the south of Palpagos Islands. It holds the largest concentration of coal nodes by a wide margin, and the region's Lv 10-25 spawn band means you can start farming as early as mid-game. Verdant Brook is the next-best source at 114 nodes; Astral Mountains has none at all.
What level do you need to mine coal in Palworld?
