The Enshrouded 1.0 files place 38 fishing spots in 7 regions, all on the map above. The most are in Veilwater Basin (10). Which fish bite depends on your bait, not on the spot: all 6 spot types use the same fish table.
Each pin is one placed fishing spot from the 1.0 world files. Click a pin for its spot type. The fish you can catch, the bait that suits each one and the rods are on the Enshrouded fishing guide.
The placements are what our scan of the world files found, and our extract rates them low confidence, so read the counts as what the scan found, not as a census.

The game names 6 kinds of fishing spot after what they hold: more fish, few fish, more treasure and so on. They all weigh the 15 fish the same way, so a "more fish" spot is not a better place for a rare fish. What differs is the trash entry and the "shoe" entry of the spot's table. The values are printed as the files store them; the files do not say which unit the game reads them in, so compare spots with each other, not as a chance.

The bait decides which fish can bite, so pick the bait for the fish you want before you walk to a spot. The fishing guide lists every bait with the fish it can catch and the recipe for it, and every fish with its best bait.
