Unlocked at technology level 9 for 2 Technology Points. Built from 20 Stone, 10 Paldium Fragment. It can only be built inside a base, around its Palbox.
What it does: Offer Pal Effigies at it to permanently raise one of your own stats — Lifmunk Effigies for Capture Power, the other Pals' effigies for their own effect — and offer Pal Souls to raise one Pal's Max Health, Attack, Defense or Work Speed.
