Quick answer — best Predator Core farm
Farm any of the 9 4-core Rampaging targets: Rampaging Helzephyr Lux, Rampaging Bushi Noct, Rampaging Sootseer, or Rampaging Incineram Noct. Each guarantees 4 Predator Cores per kill — twice the rate of the mid-tier fights. Since Palworld 1.0 there are no fixed Predator spawn points to mark or re-run — Predators now appear at a low rate anywhere on the map, so Core farming is about covering ground rather than looping a route.

How to farm Predator Cores efficiently
- Cover ground instead of running a route — Palworld 1.0 removed fixed Predator spawns, so there is no Astral Mountains or Twilight Dunes cluster left to circle. Predators now appear at a low rate anywhere on the map, so keep moving between regions and check every 'Rampaging' name you run into.
- Bring an element counter — Bushi Noct is Dark, Incineram Noct is Fire + Dark, Sootseer is Dark + Fire, Helzephyr Lux is Electric. See our type chart to pick a Dragon Pal (counters Dark) and a Water/Ground Pal (handles Fire/Electric).
- Use a tier-3+ ranged weapon — Predator fights aren't scripted, just damage-races. An Assault Rifle (Tech 45) or Crossbow tier 3 carries through every 4-core encounter without you having to micro the Pal AI.
- Forget spawn timers — since Palworld 1.0 Predators have no fixed location to respawn at; they appear at a low rate anywhere on the map. There is no 60-minute loop and no fixed per-cycle core count: your Core income scales with how much fresh ground you cover per session.
