When to use Horn Burst
Horn Burst is a burst opener — 600 power on a 30-second cooldown means one big hit per fight, so commit it when the target is exposed and pair the user with a tankier teammate to ride out the recovery. It also applies muddy, so leading the rotation with it locks the target before your bigger hitters land.
