From the game's damage formula; strength and upgrades not included. In the code (weaponInfo.OnTriggerEnter) a normal swing sends int(weaponDamage) and a heavy / combo hit sends int(weaponDamage) × 3; projectiles do their stored damage. In the code (EnemyHealth.HitReal) a knocked-down cannibal takes double damage and a sleeping one loses a flat 100; the counts leave both out.

Health

Health of the Hunched pale cannibal by condition
Condition in the codeFormulaNormalHard / Hard Survival
male skinny, ai.pale && !ai.skinned (skinny_pale)(what the console spawns)(35.0 * paleSkinnyHealthRatio) -> floor3578
male skinny, ai.pale && ai.skinned((45.0 * paleSkinnyHealthRatio) + skinMaskHealthAmount) -> floor80146
setPale (also called when a skinny pale cannibal spawns): large pale (setPale), not skinned(70.0 * largePaleHealthRatio) -> floor70122

★ Two values, not one: the game sends both setters when this enemy spawns and each writes its health. Which write lands last was not decoded, so the page shows the range 35–70 (Normal) and 78–122 (Hard) and does not pick one.

Prefab health stored on mutant_male: 52. The spawn code overwrites it, so it is not what the enemy has in play.

Contact damage

Further rules in the same code, applied after the base number: maleSkinny holding regularStick in left hand: damage x 1.35 then floor; male (not female) holding a regular weapon in left hand: damage + 7; male holding an advanced weapon in left hand: damage + 15; attacker EnemyHealth.poisoned: damage / 1.6 then floor. This is the damage handed to the player before armour and difficulty handling.

Notes on the numbers

The game files give no English name for any enemy type (0 of 12). Hunched pale cannibal is the label the cave pages use; the game's own id is skinny_pale (prefab mutant_male, EnemyType skinnyMalePale).

The Girl mutant (girlMutant) is not a spawnable type; the files give 370 health on its prefab.
