Sons of the Forest crafting recipes

Weapons, arrows, armor, tools, every Guide Book build cost, traps and the cooking pot — what each one takes, in one place.

How crafting works

  • Items — weapons, arrows, armor, tools, medicine — are crafted in your inventory: lay the ingredients on the crafting mat and combine them. The game tells you when a new recipe becomes available.
  • Buildings and traps come from the Guide Book: place a blueprint, then fill it with the logs, sticks and rocks it asks for. Doors, walls and floors you build freely from logs.
  • Cooking needs a cooking pot filled with water on a lit fire; some recipes grant buffs. Printed items come from a 3D printer and resin.

Recipes and costs are from the Sons of the Forest Wiki (Fandom) — the game keeps them in files we have not read — so treat quantities as the wiki's. Item names are the game's own.
