The Luxury Bunker is the one the map labels Final Bunker - that pin's teleport command is goto BunkerLuxury, the game's own scene name - and the wiki also calls it the VIP Bunker. The map below shows only what lies inside it and the spots its scene reaches. Below the map: the entrances with coordinates, what the scene's files say about the door, and every item they hold, split into what lies in the bunker and what lies far from it.
Read the loot list with one thing in mind: the game stores the Luxury Bunker as a scene far bigger than a building. 40 of its 86 placed pickups lie in the rooms around the entrances; the other 46 lie between 306 and 1,206 m from the entrance pin, most of them in one pile of ammunition far below the terrain. The page keeps the two apart so you do not look in the bunker for what is not there.
Entrance objects stored in the scene, with the nearest pin on our map (within 40 m). Coordinates are the map's x, y in metres; depth is metres under the terrain at that spot.

The pin that opens this place on the map: Final Bunker (1766, 553).
40 pickups placed in the rooms round the entrances, counted from the game's level files. A pickup is one object on the floor, not one unit: an ammo box is one pickup. Crates, cases and bodies roll their contents when opened, so they are not here. Bones, skulls and rocks are left out (61 in this scene).
