Enshrouded Cyclops Bosses

Single-eyed brute mini-bosses that rule the highland passes.

The Cyclops fights are positioning checks more than DPS races — sidestep the boulder toss and pour cutting damage into the open flank.

The Cyclops faction in Enshrouded

The Cyclops faction is the single-eye brute mini-boss lineage — humanoid giants that roam the highland passes, hurling boulders and swinging clubs through any approach angle that isn't a hard sidestep. The wiki currently documents three Cyclops bosses: the base Cyclops (Albaneve Summits), the Fell Cyclops (corrupted variant with extended resistance profile), and the Hollow Cyclops (Shroud-born variant from the Hollow set). All three are positioning checks more than DPS races.

The base Cyclops resistance chart marks Fire and Shroud as Effective, Blunt and Ice as Resisted — that's the canonical setup for the encounter type. Pour Cutting damage into the open flank when the boulder windup commits, then disengage before the recovery counter-swing. Cyclops encounters work well for greatsword Barbarian builds and shield-tank Warriors — both have the gap-close + parry-window kit to convert telegraphs into damage windows.

Cyclops are not soloable at sub-region level (the boulder one-shots if you're under-leveled) — character level should match the biome band before you engage. Co-op groups split the arena: tank holds the front, DPS works the flank, ranged handles add-clear.

The Cyclops are also the easiest faction to farm for trophy drops since the encounter cycle is short and predictable.
