Flame 6-7 · Lv 30-45

Rebound II caps the loop. Traitor's Bow + Quetzal Hunter clears Kindlewastes waves in a single volley — ammo is essentially free.

Playstyle

Opener

Open at long range on grouped enemies. Multi Shot + Spread fires 3 arrows in a cone — line them up on tight packs so every arrow finds a target.

Main rotation

Multi Shot volley → Ricochets on missed shots → Rebound II refunds ammo on kills → next volley. Feather single-target Marksman shots between volleys to keep DPS uptime on bosses.

Positioning

Stay at cone-optimal range — too close and the spread misses; too far and the arrows lose damage. Kite between resource pillars to reset spacing.

Cooldown usage

Multi Shot is your bread. Ricochets is passive — trust it. Rebound II refunds on kills; time volleys against big packs where the refund chains.

Boss phase

Multi Shot still works on single elites — tighten the cone by getting closer and every arrow lands on the boss for triple damage. Pre-buff with Bell Pepper + Fish Chowder before the pull.

Bowmaster: AoE-first. Sniper: single-target burst. Group play favours Bowmaster; solo bosses favour Sniper.
Best bow for Bowmaster?
Bow with the highest base damage + crit-chance mod. Stamina-on-kill mod is the second priority — chain procs depend on it.
Should I use a crossbow instead?
No — crossbows have no Multi Shot synergy. Stick with a bow; the skill chain is built around it.
