Hallownest Seal pins by area: City of Tears (4), Fungal Wastes (3), Crossroads (2), Deepnest (2), Fog Canyon (2).

The four relic kinds (Wanderer's Journal, Hallownest Seal, King's Idol, Arcane Egg) are four separate layers. The relic entries with the in-game text are on the items page.
