About the Ranger archetype
Ranger is Enshrouded's safest first-build — the green colour-coded skill tree on the wheel's bottom-right. You scale via Dexterity, your damage rotation is bow-focused (Multi Shot + Eagle Eye + Power Shot), and your survivability comes from the Survivor sub-tree's stamina buffs. Bows let you kite while you learn enemy patterns, which is why every Enshrouded beginner guide recommends starting Ranger. Solo Ranger is the most forgiving archetype in the game; co-op Ranger is the highest-DPS ranged role.

Ranger hybridises naturally with Survivor (same green tree) and Assassin for burst openers. Cross-tree into Beastmaster for tame-pet survivability in solo runs, or Athlete (Warrior tree) for mobility. The Ranger/Beastmaster bridge skill is the single best green-tree hybrid pick.
Stay Ranger for the whole game if you enjoy bow play — it scales smoothly. Swap into Warrior or Mage if you want a fundamentally different gameplay loop (melee / spell).

Bee StingWhen you draw your bow while in the air, your fall is slowed down for a short time. Every shot gives you a small push to get more air time. Cost: 10 stamina per second
Blessed ArrowsWhen scoring a critical hit with a bow, you will regenerate 20 mana.
Bounty BonanzaAfter defeating a Fell enemy with a headshot your group gains an additional 5 Experience Points.
Calm SpiritWild animals within 50 meters will be pacified unless attacked. Does not affect animals corrupted by the Shroud.
Crash Down: ForceWhen attacking from a double jump, Crash Down deals 20% more weapon damage.

Good MetabolismHealth, mana, and stamina Orbs restore 30% instead of 10% of their respective resource. Mana and Health Potions restore 20% more.
KickWhen equipped with a Melee weapon you can perform a Kick by attacking while blocking. Kick deals little damage but hits the target with massive force to fill up the enemies Stun Bar and pushes them back. Stun Bar increase scales with Dexterity. Stun time depends on the enemy's size. Overpower Attacking blocking enemies or parrying their attacks fills their Stun Bar until they become overpowered. Overpowered enemies are open for Merciless Attacks.
MithridatistYour poison resistance is increased by an additional 10%. You also gain a 25% chance to avoid being poisoned.
Multi ShotWhen using regular arrows there is a 20% chance to spawn a flurry of arrows that spread slightly. This will cost additional arrows, but will not trigger on special arrows.
Multi Shot TriggerALL arrows, including special arrows, can trigger "Multi Shot". The special Multi Shot projectiles will subtract from your stack of ammunition.
Poisoned BladesIncreases the chance to poison enemies to 25% when using daggers with the Poisoned Blades perk.
Shell ShockInfuse your ranged explosives with mana. They now stun enemies for up to 1 second. Mana Cost: 5 per stunned enemy
Silent StrideIncreases your movement speed while sneaking.
Slice And DiceIncreases the damage of your next bow attack by 50% after a dagger crit.
Sweet ToothThe stamina regeneration of sweets is increased by 50%
Vitality SurgeDealing a critical strike with a ranged weapon restores 5 stamina.
Vukah LanguageVukah within 50 meters will no longer attack you unless provoked.
WanderlustStamina consumption for sprinting on dirt roads is reduced from 90% to 80%. Stamina consumption for sprinting on stone roads is reduced from 75% to 50%.
