Best Enshrouded Weapons (2026)
Update 8 — Forging the Path2 min read
Enshrouded's weapon catalog is enormous — 293 entries across 12 categories — but most are world-loot variants of the same base. The handful with explicit rarity and level requirements are the ones worth building around.
This guide focuses on those. Browse the full catalog for everything else, including the throwables and starter daggers.
Weapons with confirmed rarity (9 entries)
Only 9 weapons in the current wiki dump carry an explicit rarity tier. That's not a typo — most weapons share base stats across rarity bands. We'll expand this section as more weapons get their wiki pages filled in.
Black Powder Ball (Throwing Weapons, Rare, level 21). An explosive with astounding power that can be thrown.
Explosive Crawler (Throwing Weapons, Uncommon, level 35). An explosive critter bomb that can be thrown
Explosive Powder Ball (Throwing Weapons, Common, level 10). An explosive with astounding power that can be thrown.
Fell Confusion Pheromones (Throwing Weapons, Uncommon, level 20). Can be thrown to create a Pheromone Cloud that confuses Fell enemies, who run around in panic when affected.
Greater Skull Summoning Vessel (Throwing Weapons, Rare, level 25). Throw this mystical vessel to temporarily summon a skull companion.
Incendiary Ball (Throwing Weapons, Rare, level 35). This bomb contains a highly flammable liquid, setting a large area on fire when deployed
Necromancer's Skull Summoning Vessel (Throwing Weapons, Uncommon, level 20). Throw this mystical vessel to temporarily summon a skull companion.
Skull Summoning Vessel (Throwing Weapons, Common, level 15). Throw this mystical vessel to temporarily summon a skull companion.
Snowball (Throwing Weapons, Common, level 1). A lumpy ball of snow. It's harmless enough as long as you don't put any rocks inside!
Which category fits which build
If you're following the build templates, the planner already pairs weapons with playstyles. Quick reference: Wands and Staves carry Mage damage; Bows are the Ranger Sniper bread-and-butter; One-handed Swords / Axes / Clubs slot into Warrior. Daggers cross over to Survivor's backstab kit.
Two-handed Greatswords and Hammers eat stamina but trade for hit-stun on big targets. Throwing Weapons are situational AoE — keep a stack in reserve for tight Shroud encounters.
FAQ
- What's the best weapon in Enshrouded?
Depends on your build. Bows for Rangers, Wands/Staves for Mages, One-handed Swords for Warriors. Sort by required level inside the matching weapon category.
- How many weapons are in Enshrouded?
293 total across 12 categories. Only 9 have explicit rarity tiers on the wiki — those are the ones worth chasing.
- Where do I find legendary weapons?
Currently the wiki doesn't surface rarity for most weapons — see the per-weapon detail pages for what's documented. We re-scrape monthly; check the full weapon catalog for the latest.
- Should I use a two-handed weapon?
Trade-off: more damage per swing, no shield. Two-handed Greatswords/Hammers fit the Berserker Barbarian. Sword-and-shield Warriors should stick with One-handed.
